Coming soon Weightloss 101

Thank you for your patience whilst we sort the finer details for our premises but things are now moving forward nicely.

Once all that is sorted we will be introducing a new concept in weight management groups with our “weightloss 101” programme.

During these sessions you will be coached by our fully qualified in house nutrition coaches Elaine & Callum who will discuss a specific topic with the group each week, topics include:

  • How do I calculate my calorie requirements?
  • Weightloss and exercise
  • How do I work out what to eat?
  • Cheat days / re-feed meals
  • Basics of nutrition (protein, carbohydrates and fats)
  • What are “healthy” and “unhealthy” fats?

The aim of the group will be to arm you with the knowledge to be able to make the correct decisions when faced with food choices on a daily basis meaning when you do lose weight it stays off.

We will also be wanting to help people who need to increase their weight through controlled calorie surplus.
