Callum currently competes in Under 90kg strongman comopetitions. Specialising in strength & Olympic lifting Callum is able to adapt to each clients needs.
After serving 6 years in the British Army including tours of Iraq & Afghanistan Callum ceased his fitness regime and his weight increased to 115kg.

Deciding he needed to make a positive change he took up MMA & strength training.

Callum then lost over 4 stone during the next 12 months 1st competing in the 93kg MMA weight class then 5 months later in the 84kg MMA weight class.

After hitting his weight goal and due to work commitments Callum diverted his training to the sport of strongman where he continues to improve with every competition.

This year Callum qualified via regional qualifiers for England’s Strongest Man U90kg finals.

A qualified personal trainer and gym instructor who also holds British Weightlifting Association Olympic Lifting Coaching certification

Callum is also a Certified Nutrition Coach under Ru Anderson’s Exceed Nutrition Certification Program and has completed a REPS accredited “Advanced Sport & Exercise Nutritional Advisor” course with the Health Sciences Academy.
