Fight Camp

This package is solely designed for those who are entering a “Fight Camp” and is in addition to not instead of their usual martial art training.

This is solely a strength and fitness package with full nutritional coaching to help the client make weight and perform to their full potential come fight day.

This package entitles the member to

  • 3x training sessions a week in a small group environment for 8 weeks
  • Weekly weight monitoring and logging
  • Full nutrition coaching package helping you make weight safely
  • Strength and conditioning classes
  • A “The Pit Gym” Fight Camp T Shirt (exclusive to fight camp members)
  • Body composition assessment at beginning and end of camp
  • Bespoke training plan specific to your sport

All sessions are coached by one of our in house fully qualified PT’s and Nutrition coaches.

On application to “Fight Camp” you will be asked to submit certain information, we will ask you for the name & date of the show you are on, weight category and opponent (or their gym) if known.

This is so we can ensure opponents are not placed in a group together.
